We do a quality check of each and every product before shipping.

General Query

You can return an order by clicking Return on the My Orders page.

* We accept returns within 2 days of delivery. Please ensure while returning the product the packaging is intact the way it was delivered.

We will arrange a pick-up within 2-3 days of your request.

There are certain areas where we cannot provide a pick-up service. However, you can self-ship your product through any courier service, preferably Speed Post.

*Please be noted we do not have an exchange policy. Please place a return request by clicking on the return button available next to the order id number in the My Order section

Important Note:

» Please mention in bold the order ID of each of the shipments in the return package on the cover.

» Please write the phrase ‘SELF SHIP’ on the cover of the package.

If your order has just delivered, please allow some time for the tracking to get updated. Once the tracking is updated, the return button will be visible next to the order id number.

* We accept returns within 2 days of delivery. Please ensure while returning the product the packaging is intact the way it was delivered.

We do refunds only in a genuine case of delivery of defective products and on no other grounds.

In the event of delivery of defective products, You have to send an email to our customer support executives at [email protected]​ along with the details of the order, nature of issues, photographs of the defective product.

Once we investigate the issue we may approve (only if it’s our fault) or disapprove (if it’s customer fault) the refund.

Once the order has been picked up, the refund will be initiated to your selected mode within 12-15 working days from the date your order is picked, subject to your returns passing the quality check.

Refund will reflect as per below-mentioned timelines:

» Payment Gateway Refund process takes 5 to 7 working days excluding Saturdays/Sundays and Bank Holidays.

If the amount has been deducted from your bank or card, don’t worry; it will be refunded to the same account within 7-10 business days.

Meanwhile, please wait a while and try again, preferably using a different payment method to place the new order.

Moonybe.com employees will never ask for your credentials like account password, OTP, Credit/Debit card expiry and CVV or any other confidential information except for your name, address, e-mail id and mobile number.

Never respond to such email or phone number who claims to be a Moonybe employee.
