You can check the status of your order by clicking Track on the My Orders page.

Your tracking link may take up to 24 hours from shipping to get activated. Once your order is placed, we will send you confirmation of your order details on e-mail and SMS.

You will not be able to modify your order if it has already been shipped.

You can modify your order by clicking on Modify on the My Orders page.

We do a quality check of each and every product before shipping. So you get the best with every order you place.

So, it may take anywhere between 4 to 5 working days before the shipment goes out from our warehouse

Once your order is placed, you will get a confirmation email on your registered email id.

Sometimes due to technical issue, the confirmation email may take longer time to get delivered.

We will send you another confirmation once we ship your order.

Please check your spam folder as well.

You can also check the list of the orders you placed on your Order Page.

Multiple orders may be sent separately. Don’t worry you will receive all your order.

If it’s not the case then contact our customer support.

In a few pincodes, we are unable to provide the cash-on-delivery payment option currently.

In most of the cases, we reconfirm your address before shipping over the phone call. 

However, If your order has been shipped we will not be able to make any changes in the delivery address.

In that case, you can go ahead and cancel the order. 

Payment of prepaid order will be refunded as per our Return and Refund Policy.

Your order may have been received by someone else on your behalf.

If your address is a residential address please check with your neighbour/security guard.

If your address is non-residential then please check with the reception.
